Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, coordinate property viewings, and assist with sales activities while ensuring seamless communication between clients and the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to real estate agents, customers, and landowners.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
- Provide potential clients with detailed information about properties and services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating property viewings and client meetings.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials to prospective clients.
- Generate reports on sales activities, telecalling efforts, and results.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Fluency in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
