CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

People, Potential and Purpose

Building a future goes hand in hand with building a better world. As a leader in the real estate industry, our responsibility extends beyond properties. We are committed to creating lasting value in all our services, from our clients to the communities we serve, the environment we live in, and the future generations who will inherit this world.

Inspiration: John Benedict, Founder of Marrian Infra

From a young age, Mr. John Benedict, the visionary founder of Marrian Infra, embraced the profound impact of reaching out to others. This passion sparked the inception of Marrian Infra’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, rooted in the uplifting philosophy of “the joy of giving and serving.” With a grateful heart, we respond to the call for nation-building through our dedicated CSR efforts.

At Marrian Infra, we are committed to fostering community development, empowering women and children, ensuring quality education for all, and uplifting the lives of the underprivileged. We aim to revolutionise the essence of corporate responsibility by infusing it with genuine human care and support. Together, we aspire to create a brighter, more compassionate future for those we serve, transforming lives through initiatives at a time.

Channels of MI Social Engagement

Thus, the Marrian Foundation (MF) is the CSR wing of Marrian Infra. Even before its launch on 19th July 2023, MF was a virtual reality – reaching out to the helpless and those in distress – students affected by ethnic conflicts, migrant workers, single mothers, orphans and seniors in care homes, the destitute and those without a roof over their heads. This outreach now continues systematically through the five major projects of MF – Nurture project, Lead Academy, Marrian Skills Academy, Marrian Social Services and Marrian Sports Academy, catering to the needs of children and young people – education, skills, employment and relaxation, of the orphans, the seniors and the destitute and those in urgent need of support and care.
