Chapter 01 — Roots & Journey

From Athicode to Bangalore — A Story of Grit.

I come from a peaceful village called Athicode in Palakkad, Kerala and worked happily with my parents grazing cows, selling milk and mangoes to continue my studies. I owe a lot to my alma mater St Joseph’s College Trichy for giving high quality affordable education to less privileged students like me coming from rural background. Everything my parents earned was spent for my studies and that unconditional love and sacrifice made me more responsible.

I started my career with Cognizant after my MCA in 2008 as a Program Analyst and moved on to National e-Governance Team in 2014. My training @ NISG helped me to perform better as a Govt Officer. I came to Bangalore in 2014 with 20L debt & Heart full of Hope and today we are in the process of achieving our Mi-1000 Cr Profit.

State e-Mission Team

Being part of State e-Mission Team for Karnataka Govt gave me the golden opportunity to work with many High Court Judges, Advocate Generals, IAS, Ministers and many other Bureaucrat's. Am one of the very few lucky professional's to have worked with all 3 pillars of the Govt; Legislature, Executive and the Judiciary.

Chapter 02 — Public Service & Legacy

The CO-Founder of RERA Karnataka.

I proudly say am one of the co-founders of RERA Karnataka and started working even before the RERA rules got framed. My experience in working with e-Courts, Quasi Judiciary depts, tribunals, Law depts and Revenue departments helped me to prepare a better workflow and the complete RERA portal is backed with Acts & Rules which enables Ease of Doing Business & Open Govt Data which was the foundation of e-Governance. The reward for the hard work was the Brand Name: RERA John in the Real Estate Domain. .

Chapter 03 — The Entrepreneurial Leap

Building Marrian Infra — One Happy Rupee at a Time.

With the guidance of My Mahatria during one of the HDBs I decided to quit my Govt job and stared this entrepreneurial journey with a clear vision that every rupee which comes into our account should be a happy money and no client or customer should ever feel that they are stuck with us. In the last 8 years at Marrian Infra we have fulfilled this purpose and continue to grow happily and holistically. We are in fact flourishing in every way and we will come out with an IPO in the next few years

    Helped build the RERA Karnataka portal from the ground up — earning the industry recognition 'RERA John' in real estate.

    Left a stable Government career to pursue entrepreneurship with a clear values-driven vision, guided by mentor Mahatria.
